Post & Packing - There is a standard charge of £1.50 for First Class Postage - terms as per Royal Mail. This will be added automatically to your cart. Please contact me for overseas postage rates as I will need to weigh your items.

Dispatch - Whenever possible I will dispatch your order the next working day, Monday to Friday, (following cleared payment). Orders received Friday and weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Payment - The online shop uses Paypal to process payments. If you would prefer to pay by cheque please contact me first so I can confirm the item is still available and reserve it for you untill payment has cleared.

Occasionally the same beads have been sold twice due to two people doing a transaction at the same time. Should this happen the transaction to come through first will be successful and I will refund the other person. Fortunately this is a rare occurance. Should the beads you intended to purchace be of a repeatable design I may offer to remake them for you if you wish.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of purchase.The item should be returned to me in an undamged condition and a proof of postage obtained and I will refund you of your purchase less postage costs.
